Overcoming Body Odor Naturally

Body odor is not often make one confident. Less savory aroma that comes cause inconvenience to both the individual and the surrounding environment.

In medical terms, body odor called dibromhidrosis (also called bromidrosis, osmidrosis, and ozochrotia) is the smell of bacteria in the body. The bacteria are rapidly increasing in number due to the presence of sweat, but sweat itself is odorless. Body odor is often associated with hair, feet, anus, skin, armpits, genitals, and mouth.

1. Always wear cotton clothes that are not tight to help sweat evaporate faster.

2. Shoes and socks also cause sweating, so remove the smell. Wear cotton socks and if possible wear open shoes to keep feet dry.

3. Can also use a special powder to the feet, so make your feet cool and free of infection.

4. To eliminate the odor, soak feet in warm water mixed with white vinegar or salt.

5. Yoga exercises and meditation makes body and mind well controlled. This will cause hormonal secretions to control. If you feel more relaxed, the less stress due to body odor.

6. Drink plenty of water. This will make the inside of the body cool and slow down your metabolism resulting in lower transpiration.

7. Drinking coconut water to cool the body. Eating lemons, oranges, and watermelons. Avoid spicy foods, onions, and white.

8. Go take a shower with antibacterial soap. Add a few drops of lavender or sandalwood oil to make the body longer than smeared scented deodorant.

9. Sweat glands are generally found beneath the hair follicle. This hair traps sweat, as a result bacteria multiply, causing body odor. Underarm hair should be shaved to avoid body odor.
