Biography:

Muhammad Charlie Van Houten or better known as Charlie, is the lead singer of the band ST12. Together Ilham febry (Pepep), Dedy Sudrajat (Pepeng) and (late) Iman Rush, four of them established a career under the auspices of ST12, which promote the genre wither.
Musicians born in Cirebon, 5 November 1981 completed his studies at the Faculty of Arts Music University of Pasundan. Together ST12, Charlie was released three albums, BEST ROAD, PUSPA, and PUSPA REPACKAGE.
In late 2008, came the news if Charlie were married. Do not want news to be confusing, he finally gave clarification. Charlie confirmed if he was married to Regina Shinta and does not intend to cover, he just wants to be known for his work rather than his personal life.
As frontman Charlie honed his ability as a songwriter. Not only for the ST12, he also wrote songs for Olga Syahputra and Kris Kristofferson.
Not only as a vocalist, Charlie also tried his luck as a producer. He became the producer of Nine Band, the vocalist, incidentally is his own brother, Ilham.
Beginning in 2010, came news of a surprise, Charlie preached reportedly seriously ill and died. But apparently this is merely gossip, proved Charlie is still fine. Charlie really had time to drop the condition of her body, because he had many sleepless.
